1. Courses
This applies to all paid Kavis Network courses, including the AI Security Course and SaaS Product Pentesting with AI.
- Before the course starts: cancel and we'll refund the full fee.
- After the course starts: no refunds, full or partial.
- What "starts" means: for a batch with a start date, it's that date. For courses you can start anytime, it's the moment we give you access to the lessons or materials.

2. How to cancel
Before the course starts, email info@kavisnetwork.in or WhatsApp +91 63853 29944 with your name, the course name and your payment reference. We'll confirm your cancellation.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
3. If we cancel or postpone a batch
If we cancel a batch, or move its start date, you can choose either a full refund or a seat in the next batch.
4. Free sessions
Free AI audits, demo calls and free resources involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
5. Business services and corporate training
Payments for business projects, security testing and corporate training follow the terms in the written proposal or agreement for that work.
