These terms apply when you use kavisnetwork.in or any service from Kavis Network ("we", "us"), including our free AI audits, demo calls, courses, corporate training and business projects. By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We build AI agents, automations and other software for businesses, test AI systems for security issues, run corporate training, and teach AI, AI security and AI-powered penetration testing to working professionals and students, mostly in Tamil and online.
2. Free AI audit and demo calls
- Free AI audits (about 30 minutes) and demo calls cost nothing and come with no obligation to buy.
- The time you choose on our form is a preference. A call is booked only when we confirm it on WhatsApp or by email.
- An audit gives general recommendations based on what you tell us during the call. It is not a full security assessment or penetration test, and it does not guarantee any particular result.
3. Courses
- Course access is for you alone. Please don't share your login, recordings, notes, labs or templates with anyone else, or publish them.
- Fees are the ones shown when you enrol. Offers and discounts apply only until the date stated.
- We may improve or update course content, schedules or tools over time to keep them current.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
- We may remove access, without a refund, if someone shares paid content, harasses others, or misuses what they learn (see section 5).
4. Business projects, security testing and training
The scope, price, timeline and deliverables of a business project, security test or corporate training are set out in a written proposal or agreement. If anything there differs from these terms, the proposal or agreement applies. We test systems only with written permission from their owner.
5. Ethical use of security training
Everything we teach about hacking, pentesting and AI attacks is for authorised testing, defence and education. You must not use it against any system, website, app, network or AI model that you don't own or don't have written permission to test. Misuse may be a crime under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. You are responsible for how you use what you learn.
6. Content and intellectual property
The website, course materials, videos, labs, templates and the Kavis Network name and logo belong to Kavis Network. You may share links to our pages and videos, but you may not copy, sell or republish our content without written permission.
7. No guarantees
We work hard to give accurate, useful information and training, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes such as a job, income, certification, bug bounty reward or business result. Website content is provided "as is" for general information.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kavis Network is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service the claim relates to.
9. Other websites and tools
Our pages link to and use services run by others, such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Meet and AI tools. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website or our services after a change, the new terms apply.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We'd always prefer to sort out any problem by talking to you first. If that doesn't work, disputes will be handled by the courts in Tamil Nadu.
