How it works

- A friendly chat. A quick background check and a relaxed conversation to get to know you. It is not a technical test.
- Learn the basics, then join the team. We teach you the basics first, then you work alongside our engineers on real projects, with real feedback.
- Your track. You continue at your own pace on one of two tracks.

No. You start from the basics. If you can use a computer and the internet, you can apply.
Is it online?
Yes, it runs online. We also hold in-person meetups in Chennai.
I'm from a non-IT background. Can I apply?
Yes. Our IT career map shows IT roles that need no coding.
