- Free 30-minute AI audit. We learn how you work and point out the tasks worth automating first.
- Written proposal. Scope, price, timeline and deliverables are agreed in writing before work starts.
- Build. We build the agent or automation and show it working on your real examples.
- Test, including security. We check for wrong answers, data leaks and unsafe actions before launch.
- Handover. You get the working system and an explanation of how to use and change it.
What to have ready
- A short description of the task, how often it happens and who does it today.
- A few real examples: sample enquiries, documents or reports (with personal data removed if needed).
- The tools involved (WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, your CRM or billing software) and who can grant access.
- Who will approve risky steps, such as payments, refunds or messages to customers.
