In shortEverything we sell is delivered online. We don't ship any physical goods. After you pay, the confirmation, joining links and course access come to the email you gave us.
1. What we deliver
Kavis Network sells online courses, live online events and workshops, and services for businesses. There is nothing to ship, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
2. Events and workshops
- Online payment: as soon as your payment succeeds, you get a confirmation email with your registration ID, the date and time, and the joining link (for example Google Meet).
- Direct UPI payment: we check the payment in our account and then send the same confirmation email.
- The event itself is delivered live online, on the date and time shown on the event page. If the date or time changes, we email you.
3. Courses
- After your payment is confirmed, we email you the access details: how to reach the recorded lessons, the live doubt-clearing sessions and the community group.
- For a batch with a start date, access opens on or before that date. For courses you can start anytime, we send access after your payment is confirmed.
- Access lasts for the period shown on the course page (for example, one year of recordings).
4. Business services and corporate training
Delivery of business projects, security testing and corporate training (online or on-site) follows the timeline in the written proposal or agreement for that work.
5. If something doesn't arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find your confirmation or access email, email info@kavisnetwork.in or WhatsApp +91 63853 29944 with your name and registration ID or payment reference, and we'll resend it.
